The infant was delivered through a surrogate. According to court records acquired by PEOPLE, one of Elon Musk’s twin daughters, who is now 18 years old and wants to legally change her name and gender, has submitted the necessary paperwork to do so and said that she no longer wants to be tied to her father.
Xavier Alexander Musk submitted a petition on April 18 to the Los Angeles County Superior Court shortly after his daughter turned 18 years old. The petition requests that her name be legally changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson, which is her mother Justine Wilson’s maiden name; that her gender is recognized as female; and that a new birth certificate be issued to reflect the changes. The petition was filed shortly after her daughter turned 18 years old.
The young lady offered an explanation of her desire for the alterations in the form of a brief line in the petition. She wrote, “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or want to be linked to my biological father in any manner, shape, or form,” and included it in the document.
Musk sent the following message on his Twitter account in response to criticism leveled against the tweet: “I completely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.” In addition to this, he brought up the fact that Tesla had received a perfect score from the Human Rights Campaign in terms of being one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.” In HRC’s rankings for 2022, Tesla has maintained its perfect score of 100 percent.
Musk has also said on Twitter that he is considering throwing his support behind Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for the presidential race that will take place in 2024. Recently, DeSantis fought for and signed into law a piece of legislation that detractors refer to as the “Don’t Say Gay bill.” This law places restrictions on how much homosexuality and transgender issues may be discussed in the state’s public schools.
Who did Elon Musk have 5 kids with?
The announcement that Musk’s daughter had filed for divorce first surfaced over the weekend on various social media platforms. It was also reported on Monday by the celebrity news website The Blast and the Los Angeles Times. This coming Friday is the day when the hearing for the case is scheduled to take place.
Early on Father’s Day, Elon Musk posted his best wishes for the day, followed by another tweet that simply wrote, “I love all of my kids very much.”
Vivian Jenna Wilson was unable to be reached for comment by CNN Business, and she was not quoted in any of the other publications that were published about the file.
According to court documents that can be accessed online through PlainSite.org, the person formerly known as Xavier Alexander Musk has asked the court to change her gender recognition from male to female and to register her new name. She did this shortly after reaching the age of consent in the state of California, which is 18.
The web record omitted her new name when she changed it. Her mother’s name is Justine Wilson, and in 2008 she got a divorce from Elon Musk.
There was no other information provided on the split that exists between Musk’s daughter and her father, who is the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX and is now seeking to acquire Twitter in a deal that would cost him $44 billion.
On Monday, Reuters sent several emails seeking comment, but neither a lawyer who represents Musk nor the Tesla media office quickly replied to the letters.
How did Elon Musk lost his child?
In 2018, Musk and Grimes, a singer from Canada, confirmed to the press that they were dating. In May of 2020, Grimes gave birth to the couple’s son. Musk and Grimes claim that his original name was “X A-12.” However, this name would have been in violation of California rules since it comprised letters that are not found in the current English alphabet. As a result, his name was modified to “X A-Xii.” This led to even more misunderstanding since, in the current English alphabet, the letter does not exist.
The kid was ultimately given the name “X AE A-XII” Musk, with “X” serving as the child’s first name, “AE A-XII” being the child’s middle name, and “Musk” serving as the child’s last name.

A conversation between Grimes and Musk in March 2022 revealed the following about their relationship: “I would definitely refer to him as my boyfriend, but we’re really fluid.” She went on to disclose that the couple’s first daughter was delivered through a surrogate in the month of December 2021. In the latter part of that month, Grimes announced through Twitter that she and Musk had split up once again. “but he is the love of my life and my closest friend at the same time.”
In an article that she wrote for the magazine Marie Claire in 2010, Wilson described how Nevada “laid down for a snooze, lying on his back as usual, and stopped breathing.” He had been deprived of oxygen for such a long period that by the time the emergency medical technicians revived him, he was already brain dead.
She went on to say, “Before we took the choice to remove him off life support at the Orange County hospital where he was being treated, he had been there for three days. When he passed away, I was there to hold him in my arms.”
In her piece for Marie Claire, Wilson describes the process that she and her husband went through to grow their family. “I buried my sentiments as a means of dealing with Nevada’s passing by going to an IVF facility for the first time a little less than two months after her passing. Elon and I had the intention of conceiving another child as soon as we possibly could. Within the next five years, I had a set of twins, and then a set of triplets “she had written.
